The County Clerk serves as ex-Officio of the County Board and records County Board meeting minutes, resolutions and ordinances.  The County Clerk also publicizes meetings of the County Board.
The County Clerk issues marriage licenses for marriages that occur within Fulton County.
The County Clerk maintains records and issues certificates of vital statistics (birth, death, and marriages) for the entire County.
The County Clerk registers voters, conducts elections, and files campaign disclosure and statements of economic interests.
The County Clerk is responsible for computing tax levy rates; clerking tax tables, and accepting redemptions and issuing tax deeds on unredeemed properties.
