Supervisor of Assessments
The Supervisor of Assessment has made available electronic versions of the necessary forms to complete an application or renewal for your Senior Homestead Exemption and/or your Senior Freeze Exemption. These forms are electronically fill-able allowing you to type in the appropriate data and print the completed form. In order to fill-out or view the forms you will need to download and install a free application, Adobe Reader. If you do now wish to use the electronic versions, please contact the Supervisor of Assessment office to have a copy of the form sent to you.
Once you have installed Adobe Reader simply follow the links below to access the appropriate form. Instructions for returning the form are included on each document.
